A: All Alaco Ladders have a 5 Year Limited Warranty. When installed and serviced in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions and when used under normal conditions for which the ladder was intended, Alaco will repair or replace, at its option, defects in the parts, material or workmanship at no charge. All shipping and labor charges will remain the responsibility of the buyer. This limited warranty is in lieu of all other Alaco guaranties or warranties expressed or implied.
